Early FLEX supports young entrepreneurs, works to address workforce challenges

The Development Authority of Early County is leading the mission for Early County-residing high school students to have the unique opportunity to participate in the Georgia FLEX program during the 2025-2026 school year.

The goal of the Foundational Leadership and Entrepreneurship Experience, known as FLEX, is to create prosperity and revitalize rural entrepreneurial ecosystems through the education of students on the rewards, sacrifice and processes incurred in the establishment of small businesses. The workforce crisis continues to grow and is felt most acutely in rural communities.
